• Death certificate and the Declaration of Heirs Act Certificate, as well as an official copy of the will.
• If there is declaration of heirs intestate, the authorised copy of the act, or testimony of the judicial order of declaration of heirs
• Heir and spouses’ (if appropriate) details.  
• ID Card.
• Titles deed for property that is the subject of the inheritance.
• Property Tax receipts for the last year.
• Bank certificates for securities, accounts, and investment funds that are the subject of the inheritance and bank statements for the previous year.
• Possible debts and expenses incurred as a direct result of the death.
