Declaration of new construction

• New constructions or extension of previous ones. 
• Title deeds for the owners plot.
• ID Card´s.
• If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
• Land registry reference (last property tax receipt).
• Municipal work permit.
• Technical project, with indication of the physical construction budget.
• Once granted, it is necessary to provide a certificate from the project architect, certifying that the description contained in the deed coincides with the project for which the works licence was obtained.
