Segregation and division of properties
- You must provide the previous municipal licence, without which no physical alteration of the property can be made.
- Title deeds for the property subject to division or segregation.
- ID Card.
- If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
- Property Land Registry references (last property tax receipt).
- Whether or not they are leased.
- Description of each resulting plot.- Surface area and boundaries.
- Value assigned to each property resulting from the segregation or division.
- How the operational costs are paid: Notary, Municipal Capital Gains (in the case of urban dwellings).
