Registration Proceedings, complementary to the Public Acquisition Title

  • Title deeds owned by the interested parties
  • ID Card.
  • If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
  • Commercial Registry registration details.
  • Land registry reference (last property tax receipt).
  • Value assigned to the properties.

We will take care of all other paperwork.At the time of the initial signature, two witnesses must be provided to prove the truth of the ownership of the property.Subsequently edicts will be published at the Town Hall where the property is located.
