Formation of a company

• ID Card.
• Financial marriage regime.
• If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
• Certificate of denomination from the Central Commercial Registry. Issue date two months before the incorporation at the most. One of the partners must be listed as an applicant.
• Bank certificate of the capital income in the account opened in the name of the company, which shows the amount, the details of the contributing partner and the concept of capital contribution.
• The provisional C.I.F. (Tax Identification Code) for the company being formed, if available. If it does not have one this can be requested directly at the Notary.
• Articles of association that will be adopted by the company. If you do not have any, we have models available.
• Persons who will occupy the administrative positions at the company.
