Works already existing, in which there is no technical project

• Title deeds for the owners plot.
• ID Card.
• If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
• Land registry reference (last property tax receipt).
• Description of the building characteristics.
• Municipal certificate of the existence of the building and its description, proving that the new work is not covered under any sanctioning municipal file for urban indiscipline.
• Value assigned to the new work being declared.
• If it is necessary to carry out horizontal division, the descriptions of each of the independent departments of the building, with their annexes.
