Deed of severance

• Property title deeds for the assets object of the dissolution.
• ID Card.
• If a company is involved, current power of attorney or appointment of administrators.
• In urban dwellings, the certificate from the community of owners that is up to date in the payment of community expenses.
• Property Land Registry references (last property tax receipt).
• Whether or not they are leased.
• Value assigned to each asset.
• How the assets are allotted to the co-owners.
• How the operational costs are paid: Notary, Municipal Capital Gains (in the case of urban dwellings).
